Free U.S. shipping on orders $75 and over. Flat $6.99 shipping on orders under $75. Apparel ships in 2–5 business days; ebooks deliver instantly. We ship to the United States only. If a package arrives damaged or doesn't arrive at all, we make it right.

Where we ship
Truth Matters Today ships exclusively within the United States, including all 50 states, U.S. territories, and APO/FPO military addresses. We do not currently offer international shipping. If you'd like us to consider your country in the future, email us at support@truthmatters.today — we keep a list.
Shipping rates
Shipping is simple. There are two options based on your order total, and they apply automatically at checkout:
- Orders $75 and over: Free standard shipping
- Orders under $75: Flat $6.99 standard shipping
We don't offer expedited or express options at this time. Every order ships standard so the pricing stays predictable.
Processing time
Apparel, hats, and physical goods are typically packed and shipped within 2 to 5 business days of your order. Orders placed on weekends or U.S. holidays begin processing the next business day. Each item is inspected before it leaves us, because we'd rather take an extra day than send something that isn't right.
Ebooks and digital downloads are delivered instantly. As soon as your payment is confirmed, you'll receive an email with your download link. You can download each file up to 3 times within 7 days of purchase, so save it somewhere safe.
Delivery time
Once your order ships, standard U.S. delivery typically takes 5 to 7 business days, depending on your location. We use a mix of USPS and UPS based on what's most reliable and affordable for your destination — you'll always receive tracking either way.
Total time from order to doorstep is typically 7 to 12 business days for apparel. Ebooks arrive in minutes.
Tracking your order
When your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number and link. You can also log into your account at truthmatters.today to see your order status at any time. If you don't see a shipping confirmation after 5 business days, check your spam folder first, then email us at support@truthmatters.today and we'll track it down.
Lost or damaged packages
If your package arrives damaged, or doesn't arrive at all, email us at support@truthmatters.today within 14 days of the expected delivery date. Send a photo if it's damaged, and your order number either way. We'll send a free replacement or issue a full refund — your choice. You do not need to file a claim with the carrier yourself; we handle that on our end.
Wrong address?
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, we'll reach out to confirm the correct one and reship it — the customer is responsible for the reship cost ($6.99 flat). If you catch a mistake right after ordering, email us immediately at support@truthmatters.today and we'll do our best to update it before the order ships.
Returns and exchanges
See our full Refund & Return Policy for details. Quick version: 30 days, unworn with tags, exchanges are free both ways, refunds require the customer to cover return shipping (unless the item was defective, damaged, or our error — then we cover it).
