Refund policy
30-day returns on unworn apparel with tags attached. Exchanges are free both ways — we cover return shipping and ship your new item free. Refunds: customer covers return shipping unless the item was defective, damaged, or our error. Ebooks, custom orders, sale items, and gift cards are final sale.

How to start a return or exchange
Email us at support@truthmatters.today within 30 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and tell us whether you'd like an exchange or a refund. We'll reply within 1–2 business days with next steps and, if approved, a return address and (for exchanges or eligible refunds) a prepaid return label.
Please do not send items back without contacting us first. Returns sent without prior approval cannot be processed.
What can be returned
Apparel and hats are returnable if they are:
- Within 30 days of the delivery date
- Unworn, unwashed, and free from any signs of use
- In original condition with all tags attached
- In their original packaging
What can't be returned
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded:
- Ebooks and digital downloads (delivered instantly upon purchase)
- Custom or personalized products (special orders, custom designs)
- Items marked as sale or clearance
- Gift cards

Exchanges — the easy option
Exchanges are the simplest path if you need a different size or color. We cover return shipping both directions, so the only cost to you is your time.

- We'll email you a prepaid return label
- Drop the package at any USPS or UPS location
- As soon as we receive and inspect your return, we ship your new item free
If the item you want to exchange for costs more than your original purchase, we'll send a payment link for the difference. If it costs less, we'll refund the difference to your original payment method.
Refunds
If you'd prefer a refund rather than an exchange, here's how it works:
- Email support@truthmatters.today with your order number and reason for return
- Once approved, we'll send return instructions. For refunds, the customer covers return shipping — you can use any carrier you like.
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll email you to confirm approval
- Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10 business days
- Your bank or card company may take additional time to post the refund — typically 3–5 business days after we issue it
If 15 business days have passed since we approved your refund and you still don't see it, email us at support@truthmatters.today and we'll investigate.
Defective, damaged, or wrong item?
If your item arrives defective, damaged, or we sent the wrong product, we cover everything. Email us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We'll send a free replacement or full refund — your choice — and cover return shipping ourselves. You don't need to file a carrier claim.
Damages and inspection
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If anything is wrong — wrong item, damaged, defective, missing — contact us immediately so we can make it right.
